A little cloud has entered the forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday but we should still have some sunshine coming though too. The temperatures this week are to be between -6 and 4 degrees so it shouldn't be such a chilly week and still plenty of need for sun protection on your face.
After having so much amazing snow fall we now have the ideal week to enjoy it all in. The sun is out, the sky is blue and the days could not be better. The forecast is the same for all this week so people here will get a real taste of Andorra skiing at it's best.
We have around 50cms of fresh snow leaving the mountains a white wonderland. As yesterday and today have the lovely sun shinning down on them the off piste is a little heavier now but the slopes of pisted perfectly with smooth runs to make skiing for everyone brilliant.
It's whole new mountain from yesterdays super sunny day to this mornings thick, cloudy, snowy tops. The snow is forecast to fall until Wednesday, the biggest amount being tomorrow with 20-30cms forecast. After Wednesday we should be back to clear bright blue sunny skiing.
The pistes are smooth and powdery and you just glide over the snow spraying it with each turn. If you're feeling more adventurous there is still loads off off piste in Soldeu & El Tarter and with all this snow falling that will stay the same all week.
We woke up to a powder filled village this morning never mind the slopes! The sun was coming out so of course headed up as soon as possible!
The snow is amazing with 30cms of the fresh stuff it was a true powder day and there is places all over still untracked and ready for fresh lines tomorrow.
At Soldeu's pasta box lunch stop the live drumming called in more snow to fall and as people were dancing snow started falling. It's true what they say about doing a snow dance...
We also have snow reports and weather forecasts for other resorts in Andorra:
Brand new for the 2013-14 season we've got feeds from four rotating webcams showing you a panoramic view. The videos update regularly.
Here in Andorra the weather can change very quickly and forecasts often vary quite a lot. Being located in the mountains it can be difficult to predict the snowfall, specially a few days in advance. As a general rule we find that the weather forecasts are much more reliable as they get closer to the actual time! We have chosen a couple of forecasts which will load in below.
